2020 Support-A-Walk Recap
What a wonderful day! On Sunday, October 4, 2020, thousands of people near and far participated in our Annual Support-A-Walk. As always, our Walk is held to bring attention to the needs of people living with breast and ovarian cancer, and to raise funds for our FREE, year-round counseling and other support services for those affected by these diseases.
This year was different as we couldn’t all gather at the park, but we are SO honored by how many people jumped on board to walk with us, wherever they were. The outpouring of support, and the continued commitment to celebrating and remembering, has been truly inspiring.
We are very grateful to everyone who participated: walkers… teams… sponsors…. donors… everyone who helped make this day a success. Most of all: Thank to to the many people whose lives have been affected by breast and ovarian cancer, for sharing your day with us. YOU are the reason Support Connection exists!

The support of our Walk Sponsors is a major factor in the Support-A-Walk’s success. We wish to express our deep appreciation to each and every one of them. Please patronize these businesses that give back to our community. View our digital Sponsor acknowledgements.
We are very grateful to everyone who took out a Tribute Message sign, to celebrate or remember a loved one, or share a message of support from an individual or business. This year, since we couldn’t display the signs at the park, we’ve created a special digital display of all the signs. View our beautiful digital Walk Journal to see your Tribute Messages, as well as our thanks and a dedication to loved ones.
