2024 Golf Outing
Our 2024 Golf Outing will take place on Monday, September 9, at Salem Golf Club in North Salem, NY. Proceeds will benefit our free breast, ovarian, and other gynecological cancer support services.
Join Support Connection and Golf Outing Host Club Fit for an epic day out on the course followed by a fun dinner reception and inspirational award ceremony.
This year’s Golf Outing Honoree is Robert Noble, Chief of Police for Yorktown Police Department. As a respected leader in Yorktown, Chief Noble encourages YPD officers, staff and the entire Yorktown community to seek Support Connection’s help when needed as well as to support our efforts. Whether it be attending events, speaking about our organization at town board meetings, having police presence at our Support-A-Walk or most recently, bestowing us with the great honor of being a beneficiary of the Captain Kenneth Sgroi Act of Kindness Day, Chief Noble is always there for Support Connection and the Yorktown community.
Chief Noble’s Honoree Reflection
I am humbled beyond words on being honored by Support Connection. I have always said that the Yorktown Police Department is the backbone of Yorktown. To be associated as the leader of our fine organization which embodies strength, resilience and empathy has played a major part of this honor. To have the unconditional love and support of my wife, Eleana, and my three children, Amanda, Robert and Meghan, allows me to be the best person that I can be. Nothing good for me happens without my family at home and family at work. Folks call Support Connection and the Yorktown Police Department on some of their worst days. We all need to continue to do our best to make those difficult days better.

2023 Golf Outing Recap
Our 2023 Golf Outing and Dinner was held on Monday, September 11 at Salem Golf Club in North Salem, NY. Proceeds from our Annual Golf Outing help fund our free breast, ovarian, and gynecological cancer support services and programs.
Last year’s Golf Outing Honorees were Lake Mohegan Professional Firefighters – IAFF Local 2956 Lake Mohegan Professional Firefighters – IAFF Local 2956 have been longtime supporters of Support Connection, raising money during our Annual Support-A-Walk with their Breast Cancer Awareness Pink T-shirt Fundraiser.
The day and evening included a great deal of fun and inspiration, reflecting on the many lives who have been touched and helped by Support Connection. The successful event helped fund Support Connection’s free breast, ovarian, and gynecological cancer support services, which are provided year-round to women and their families who are facing the challenge of living with these diseases.
