Guided Meditation for Reducing Stress

This recorded meditation was created especially for Support Connection by Alan Bandes, a volunteer who teaches meditation and Tai Chi. Alan has been practicing Tai Chi for over 40 years and has been teaching it for 7 years.

The meditation Alan has shared with us here is a guided form of meditation. It enables participants to follow a sequential flow of relaxation, freeing their minds of the clutter of daily activities while reducing stress. You don’t need to know how to meditate. All that’s needed is a willingness to let go and follow along.
